The bill suggests establish that illegal extraction of mineral resources of local significance on a large scale is a criminally punishable act.
The bill suggests amend the Criminal Code introducing a new version of article 240 “Violation of Mineral Resources Conservation and Use Regulations.”
Moreover, for committing acts stipulated by article 240 of the Criminal Code it is suggested to considerably increase amount of penalty in the form of fine, restriction and deprivation of freedom.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2855.
